When a plate of profiteroles with plenty chocolate comes in front of you, I guess you can’t say NO.
We love profiteroles with soft dough and chocolate. Dough of profiterol should be much creamy. It should also be daily and fresh.
well… Have you ever heard of profiteroles with apple? There isn’t any dough! There isn’t any flour. There isn’t any oil. You won’t even cook. I saw this dessert on a food program on TV and everybody liked it very much. There was a woman on a diet. She loved this dessert and she said that ‘It is absolutely amazing and I will try to make it’ I absolutely agreed with her. I made it and I served it to my family. Everybody said that it is lighter than dough. You can also make it in just ten minutes! yes.. If you are interested in about this topic;

1 package of biscuits
1 dessert spoon cinnamon powder
a few walnut (1 handful)
You can melt the chocolate for the top of your profiteroles or you can use chocolate sauce. If you like nutella, you can melt nutella and you can pour it as well.
well how I did make?
♥Firstly I put biscuits in a food processor. You can do this with your hands as well. You should be careful, biscuits shouldn’t be like flour. After that I peeled apples and I grated them. I putted grated apples, shredded biscuits, cinnamon powder and a few walnut parts. I kneaded all of them until mixture became dough. At the end, I made small balls from this mixture and kept them in a refrigerator. 2 hours later, I took them from refrigerator and I poured chocolate sauce.
