Everyone knows the cake mold. Instead of using it, I will prefer something different, something more healthy. I just need an orange for that. Of course, excluding the cake ingredients:) I don’t need a lot of ingredients for this recipe. If you don’t have cacao at home, you can also make it without cacao.
When I first served this cake to my family, my father said: “Will we eat the orange peel as well?’:) I guess it is better not to eat:) The smell of orange will pass to the cake. It will be differently served for your guest or family. You can eat with spoon or fork. I love to eat with only my hand. It depends on how you prefer.
- 2 eggs
- 1,5 tea cup of sugar
- 1 tea cup milk
- 1 tea cup olive oil
- 3 tea cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 paket of vanilla

♥Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
♥We will use the orange’s peel for this recipe. Cut oranges in half and separate the orange and its peel.
♥Drop the oil into the orange. Otherwise the cake would stick to the orange.
♥pour the cake into the orange. Please pay attention; pour the cake up to the half of the orange. With this way, your cake doesn’t overflow from the orange to the tray.

HOW DO I UNDERSTAND IF MY CAKE IS COOKED WELL?♥Firstly, don’t open the oven for 20 minutes. This is an important thing. After 25 minutes, take the toothpick and sink it in the cake . If there isn’t any cake particle over the toothpick, your cake is cooked. Turn off the oven. Don’t take the cake out of your oven immediately. Your cake should wait into the oven for 5 minutes. You can use this information for all cake recipes but generally 25-30 minutes are enough.
Of course, you could also use cake mold. However, I think you will love the smell of orange with this way. If you want to try, it will be differently served for you.
You can pour powdered sugar on the cake.
