SPONGE SANDWICH CAKE

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

Plentiful chocolate, perfect appearance….mmmmm

It is very soft just like a sponge!

There is cream between two cakes just like a sandwich!

When I eat it for the first time, I fell in love with this sponge sandwich cake. I think it is the best of all chocolate desserts. This dessert doesn’t have any oil in it. It is fantastic, isn’t it?

WHAT WE NEED?

3 eggs

1 water glass of sugar

1 water glass of flour

1/2 packet of baking powder

1/2 tea glass of milk

3-4 tablespoon cacao

1 packet of vanilla

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM

3 waterglass of milk

2 soupspoon starch

1 soupspoon flour

1 egg folk

1/2 waterglass of sugar

1 packet of vanilla

FOR THE ABOVE

1 packet of chocolate (we will melt this chocolate)

FOR THE EDGES

coconut powder

LET’S GO TO THE RECIPE

♥Firstly we mix egg and sugar well.

After that we add other ingredients and we go on mixing.

We put greaseproof paper onto the baking tray.

We put dough of the cake on our tray. (170 degrees in 25 minutes)

After our cake is cold, we cut our cake with waterglass and we get round shapes and made cake.

♥Now let’s make the cream.

We put all the ingredients in a pot and cook all of them on the stove. When we get heavy cream, we turn off the stove. Heavy cream should be cold.

♥Firstly let’s take a cake and pour cream and again cake on cream. (cake-cream-cake, we make like a sandwich:) Finally let’s pour coconut to cake’s edges and let’s pour melted chocolate on cake. Be careful, melted chocolate shouldn’t be poured to the cake’s edges. After that, put it in a refrigerator. 2-3 hours are enough to cold.
