HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE TOMATO SOUP?
I guess everybody knows tomato. If tomatoes are fresh, you can add them to every salad. They are irreplaceable for me for my breakfast. I also like the soup of tomato. I think tomato soup is one of the lightest soups. When the taste and the smell of the tomato are combined with the cheese, its taste is very delicious. It is preferred both in winter and in summer. (I think if tomatoes aren’t fresh, I don’t like its taste and there isn’t any smell of the tomatoes) If you want to drink delicious tomato soup in winter, you should buy tomatoes in summer, make tomato sauce and keep them in a freezer. There is not a single kid who doesn’t like this soup. If you want to prepare nutritious food for your child, you can try this recipe.
2 soupspoon of butter(you can use olive oil)
3 soupspoon of flour
1 waterglass of milk
1 liter of water
and for top part: cheese

I put butter and flour in a pot and turn on the stove. I mix with spoon.
I peel tomatoes and I put them in a food processor. (I think it is more delicious than chopped tomato. If you don’t have a food processor, you can make it with grater. After that I add them in the pot and I keep mixing with spoon for 2-3 minutes. Then, I pour water into the mixture. Let it boil for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes, I add milk into the mixture. 1-2 minutes are enough to go on.
Turn off the stove and tomato soup is ready for you♥
You can serve tomato soup with grated cheese♥

When you are cooking soup, you may pour salt to your soup very much. If your soup is very salty, you can add a few slices of potatoes. Potatoes take the soup’s salt taste. You can use this potato trick for every salty soup.
